paris-mainParis Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip. It is owned by Harrah’s Entertainment. The theme is, as the name suggests, the city of Paris in France. It includes a half scale replica of the Eiffel Tower, a two-third size replica of the Arc de Triomphe, a sign in the shape of the Montgolfier balloon, and a replica of the La Fontaine des Mers. The front of the hotel is very similar to the Louvre and the Paris Opera House.

Year opened

The hotel opened on September 1, 1999, with fireworks being shot from the Eiffel Tower.

Resorts/hotels near-by: Paris Las Vegas is located between Ballys Las Vegas and Aladdin Resort & Casino, opposite Bellagio Las Vegas . It is linked via a promenade to its sister property, Ballys Las Vegas, which ensures the connection with the Las Vegas Monorail.

There are a total of 2,915 rooms within the hotel.

The casino

The casino within Paris Las Vegas offers a unique gaming ambiance thanks to the cobblestone streets and the iron street lamps which make you believe you are playing in Paris.

Guests can choose between slots, table games and keno. Those who prefer sports booking are invited to spend their money and try their intuition at the Race & Sports Book. Table games include craps, poker, baccarat and roulette.

General prices

Paris Las Vegas is definitely trying to compete with the real Paris when it comes to accommodation prices. In short: it isn’t cheap. During the low-season, rates start at $90 per night (luxury room) and can be as high as $440 per night (suite).

Restaurants

provencalParis is the center of fine dining in Europe and Paris Las Vegas is definitely trying to show that it can live up to the name. There are a total of 12 places to eat, all specialized in French cuisine and where you can enjoy anything from casual dishes to fine dining.

Nightlife

Although not home to any club, Paris Las Vegas is proud to offer its guests some interesting lounges and bars where they can enjoy a relaxed evening and night with friends.

Gustav’s Casino Bar – offers a view of the casino floor and also offers the possibility to play video games. People watching and enjoying good drinks are the major activities here.

Le Central - offers an elevated view of the casino floor. It is an elegant lobby where you can enjoy a drink while checking out the activity.

Le Bar du Sport – is located besides the Race & Sports Book and offer guests the possibility to watch sports while sipping a drink (and waiting to see if they won anything).

Entertainment

Between Barry Manilow, the most notorious hypnotist Anthony Cools, and live bands playing in stylish lounges, Paris Las Vegas offers all the entertainment you ever wanted.
