Pure’s DJ AM and Travis Barker Injured in Plane Crash
Thousands of club-goers in Vegas have partied to the sounds of superstar DJ AM at various clubs in Vegas, most notably Pure at Caesars Palace and LAX at the Luxor. Usually, he’s accompanied by former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, who adds an extra level of uniqueness to the sound mix.
Unfortunately both DJ AM (real name: Adam Goldstein) and Barker were seriously injured in a plane crash that occurred shortly before midnight on Friday (September 20) in South Carolina, following a free concert …

Hawaiian Tropic Zone Gets Torrid at Night
Not content to be one of the hottest restaurants at Planet Hollywood, the Hawaiian Tropic Zone will crank that heat just a bit by turning their outdoor patio into a nightclub for the summer months.

40/40 Club Closes at The Palazzo
It opened to a lot of fanfare on New Year’s Eve, but in less than nine months, The Palazzo already has its first nightlife casualty as the 40/40 Club Las Vegas shut its doors for good on Labor Day.
The sports lounge was the first west coast offshoot of rapper Jay-Z’s popular New York City nightclub, but after the mega-star blowout opening, had trouble finding an audience at the luxury hotel. It even shortened hours of operations and that still didn’t do the trick.

Pimps N Hos vs Strippers & Hustlers in Vegas

Sugarcane Opens at The Palazzo
Last week we mentioned the restaurant SushiSamba had opened at The Palazzo. This weekend, its companion lounge area had its grand opening.
Sugarcane, as the nightclub has been dubbed, debuted on Friday and is the first West Coast location for SushiSamba’s late night offerings. A dark corridor from the restaurant leads guests to the 4,000-sq-ft venue, which looks like no other club in town that I’ve seen.

Christian Audigier Nightclub to Open at Treasure Island
It was six months ago that Tangerine closed its doors at Treasure Island, leaving a nightlife void at the resort.
This week, Pure Management Group (PMG) and MGM Mirage announced the renovations are complete and they are ready to debut the newest addition to TI’s lineup: Christian Audigier The Nightclub.
