Binion’s to be Sold to Owner of Four Queens

Late yesterday MTR Gaming Group Inc. said in a press release that they intend to sell their Binion’s property to TLC Casino Enterprises Inc. for a reported $32 million.

Three Injured in Fitzgeralds Elevator Malfunction

Early this afternoon, three people suffered minor injuries when an elevator at Fitzgeralds casino-hotel suddenly plunged and made what a hotel spokesperson referred to as a “hard landing.”
Thankfully the emergency brakes kicked in and nobody was seriously harmed.
