You know that sign that is on all the Vegas TV shows, websites, and basically any kind of promotional material regarding Sin City? Well, why not get your picture taken with it. The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas! sign is on the South end of the Strip on Las Vegas Boulevard well past Mandalay Bay. As you drive away from the strip it says, “Drive Carefully Come Back Soon!” Just past that is a turnaround point where you can drive back and see the Welcome. The sign was designed by Betty Willis and installed in 1959.
