2005 WSOP Event # 21: $2,500 Omaha Hi-Low Split

Brunson wins! This is a headline fans of the WSOP have been all too familiar with, as Doyle Brunson, the godfather of poker, has won ten bracelets in his WSOP career. But, on this night, Brunson did win, but not Doyle. Doyle’s son Todd won event # 21 - $2,500 buy in Omaha Hi-Low. Brunson ran over the field of 359 entries to win his first ever gold bracelet, and make himself and his dad the most successful father son combo in the history of the WSOP, with 11 bracelets between them. Todd, who plays professionally in the biggest games in Vegas, also won $255,945 to throw on the pile.
