The Las Vegas weather is famous. Temperatures are consistently in the 100s during the summer months (June, July, August). It’s a dry heat and cab drivers will warn you of it getting up to 120F. If you stay within the confines of the casinos where the air conditioners are set to Igloo all year long, you have nothing to worry about. But should you like to walk the strip, go golfing, or lay by the pool, you’ll have to be more careful. It starts to cool off in September, and is idyllic by the time October strolls in. Those that know what a snow day is will be thrilled to visit Vegas in the winter. November through March sees regular temperatures in the 60s.
