For the second year in a row, the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association has named the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino as the “Best Place to Work” amongst the gaming industry.
Companies that were judged to be the best were subjected to an in-depth evaluation of criteria that ranged from performance management and recruitment/retention practices to employee benefits and relations.
MGM Grand was singled out for many of its internal programs, including Maximum Vegas Performance Program, which recognizes and rewards employee performance in the company, and the Leadership Institute, a professional development program for executives.
So I guess if you’re looking for a job in Vegas’ gaming industry, the MGM Grand might be a good place to start.
