The first thing that comes to most people’s mind when they hear the word “toke,” is smoking illegal weed. Not in Vegas. If you hear someone talking about a toke, they are referring to a tip, or gratuity. And by the way, most dealers live off tips. It is customary to tip the dealers when you’re winning. They make minimum wage, so don’t leave them hanging.
