In a craps game, “For the Boys” is what a player will say when he or she is tipping the dealers. Sometimes it is given to the dealer straight across the table, and sometimes it is a bet that is placed right next to the players bet. You might also hear them say “Two way Hard Eight,” that means that they are putting a bet for themselves and a bet for the dealers on the Hard Eight in the box. If the Hard Eight hits before the seven comes up, each bet will win 10 for 1.
