Sports Book Lingo: “Straight”

A “Straight” bet is just as it sounds. You’re just betting on the proposition as the line is set. So, you might hear someone say, “110 straight on Denver.” This means you’re betting $110 for Denver to win and accepting whatever the point spread is on the current line.
