If songs like “Hot Potato” and “Fruit Salad” sound familiar, chances are you have a young one in the house who loves The Wiggles. This Australian quartet of bouncing, singing, dancing men and their cast of characters — Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus and Captain Feathersword — have been entertaining children worldwide for over ten years. Using uptempo tunes with simple lyrics, they encourage kids to get up and dance.
The Wiggles will be appearing for four shows this week at the Thomas and Mack Center. If you can handle an arena full of screaming, laughing and dancing kids, this is a great event for the whole family.
