Here are some great websites that will help speed up your research:
LasVegasGolf has a course guide, resort reviews, 47 courses mapped by location, and golf/hotel packages available online.
LasVegasGolfCourses gives a course guide, price guide, and lets you book your tee times, or build your own golf/hotel package.
Las Vegas Advisor has a long list of golf courses for Vegas and the surrounding area with notes on whether or not you need a reservation. There are also links to the individual golf course websites.
