SugarlandCountry group Sugarland burst onto the charts last year with the hits “Something More” and “Baby Girl.” Then the trio became a duo when one of the band members decided to leave for personal reasons. But that hasn’t slowed down remaining members Kristian Bush and Jennifer Nettles. They’re still riding the success of the first cd, writing for a second and Nettles’ duet with Bon Jovi “Who Says You Can’t Go Home” is getting major radio and video airplay.

They’re currently nominated for five Academy of Country Music Awards, and while they’ll be performing at the event, the duo is also scheduled to play a full show at Mandalay Beach on May 21. Should be a nice night for an outdoor country show.

When: May 21, 2006
Where: Mandalay Beach
Time: 9:00 p.m.
