Raised on a diet of Metallica, Korn and Soundgarden, Trapt burst onto the hard rock music scene last year with their self-titled EP. Their single, “Headstrong,” hit #1 on the charts, assisted by the WWE choosing the track as one of the theme songs for commercials promoting their TV shows.
The band is currently touring in support of their newest cd, Someone In Control and will be appearing May 24 at the House of Blues. Opening will be a triple bill of fellow hard rockers — Shinedown, Halestorm and Evans Blue.
