Dining beyond the Strip # 3: Sushi Fever

Las Vegas is more than just The Strip. Remember, over a million people live here, and they have to eat somewhere. So, if you are tired of the neon and need a distraction from the glitz of The Strip, we present a few Las Vegas dining choices that are worth the detour.

If you are looking for a sushi adventure away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip, catch the fever, Sushi Fever, that is. Sushi fever is a fairly low key sushi spot in the Northwest of Las Vegas. Depending on where on The Strip you are, it will take you 15 to 30 minutes to get out to Sushi Fever.

Sushi Fever features an extensive line up of uniquely named sushi specialties. Take the “Screaming Orgasm” for example, which is a creamy take on Tuna Sashimi, with onions. Also on the menu, are such Sushi staples as the Japanese Burito, and Japanese Lasagna. The restaurant also has a Hibachi Grill side to it, and sports a number of different types of Sake. If you are in the mood for a slightly different take on Sushi, get the fever.

I have been there and it is wonderful. I recommend this place as well. Course I recommend every buffet in the city. LOL
