I’m eager to try the upscale Asian restaurant at Wynn. Led by Chef Hisham Johari, red8 claims to be serving a wide variety of Southeast Asian dishes from Cantonese noodles, to Hong Kong-style dim sum and barbecue.
Meanwhile, Daniel Negreanu is raving about Wing Lei, which he tried at the Wynn opening.
Reservations can be made for all Wynn restaurants by calling 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily. They can be made up to 90 days in advance if you have a room resrvation, and up to 30 days in advance for non guests.

i enjoyed red 8 twice while in vegas,i actually stayed at bellagio., but i was winniing at wynn’;s.there was no reason to go any place else, red 8 was the diamond in the rough, lot’s of good home style food,done up in the traditional way.dim sum,soups,stir fry’s. bang… lot’s of taste, lot’s of pizzazz, try it when your taste buds need to wake up.but then you can still play, and order to go, boyaaaa/.
