Fin to open at The Mirage

A new high-end Las Vegas dining experience opens at The Mirage this week. Fin will feature authentic Chinese dishes by Chef Chi Choi, in a contemporary setting with a spectacular water display at one end of the dining room. The menu will include signature dishes like Imperial Peking Duck, Wok-Fried Beef Tenderloin, Lobster Tail with XO Sauce and Pork Belly Taiwanese-Style. The restaurant opens on Wednesday, November 23.
