Nearly all casinos have a buffet. Some rival prison food (don’t ask how I would know) in the quality of food offered, while others truly offer a culinary experience. The Buffet at the Bellagio really isn’t a buffet—it’s fine dining. Sure, it has the standard line of grub, waiting to be gobbled up by the fine patrons of Las Vegas. But, instead of the usual buffet fare of enchiladas, baked chicken, and mixed vegetables, the Bellagio buffet offers some pretty elite choices, and the choices change every day. You wouldn’t be surprised to fine game hen, foie grois, BBQ’ed Salmon, Greek Salad, and cheese blintz. Don’t miss the bread pudding for dessert.
In addition to fantastic restaurants like Fix, and Noodles, the Bellagio offers a quality dining experience at the buffet, a statement which some might find to be an oxymoron.
