This life-size chocolate Santa Claus is currently perched above Jean-Philippe Patisserie in the Bellagio. Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Philippe Maury created the 200-pound, 5-foot tall dark and milk chocolate edible ole Saint Nick, which will be on display through the end of the year. It took two weeks to create, but could probably be eaten a lot quicker by chocolate lovers in Vegas, don’t you think?
