Everyone says this Thai restaurant is one of the best in the country,
and while that claim may be hard to verify, Lotus of Siam is certainly
some of the best ethnic food in Sin City. Chef Saipin Chutima has won
just about every local accolade imaginable, and also boasts glowing
write-ups in Gourmet and other national food mags. The food is simply
astonishing and, for the uninitiated, it can be astonishingly spicy,
so start out on the short end of the 1-10 spice-o-meter. And don’t you dare forget to order sticky rice with mango for dessert. Lotus of Siam is a fairly long cab ride from the strip, but it’s worth every cent of the fare and more. Do not miss it.

Note: Reservations recommended on weekends
