sinatra-encoreWhether you want to enjoy a hearty breakfast, quick lunch or a sumptuous dinner, the restaurants and cafes at Encore Las Vegas are excellent choices. They serve a variety of cuisines, ranging from Italian to American and Asian.

Fine dining

Sinatra – Italian

Sinatra features a modern take on Italian classic cuisine. Some of the dishes include: Pasta Fagioli, Risotto (Main lobster, bacon, sweet corn and pea risotto) and Tiramisu. It serves dinner, daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The dress code is business casual. Reservations recommended. A menu starts at $70, drinks not included.

Switch – Steakhouse

Switch combines the classic steakhouse menu with the incredible seafood to offer a variety of choices. Some of the dishes include: Caesar with a Switch, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and Veal Chop. It serves dinner, daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The dress code is business casual. Reservations recommended. The prices are rather high.

Botero – modern cuisine

Offering great views of the pool and an outdoor terrace, Botero is the perfect place to experience not only great steaks but also different dishes from various cuisines. Some of the dishes include: Ahi Tuna Tartare, Roasted Turkey Club and Homemade Ice Cream. Dinner is served daily from 5:30 p.m. and the dress code is business casual. Reservations recommended. The prices are rather high.

Wazuzu – Asian cuisine

wazuzu-encoreThe dramatic café offers pan-Asian cuisine, combining in an interesting way the Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Singaporean and Thai cuisines. Some of the dishes include: Chef’s Special Sushi Platter, Wonton Soup and Beef Chow Fun. It is open daily from 11:30 a.m. The dress code is business casual. Reservations recommended. The prices are affordable.

Society Café Encore -American

The café was recently awarded “Best New Restaurants in America 2009” by Esquire magazine and is definitely the new hotspot in town. It serves American cuisine and is open daily from 7 a.m. Some of the dishes include: buttermilk pancakes, turkey burger and shrimp cocktail. The dress code is resort casual attire. Reservations recommended. Continental breakfast costs $14 and the prices are affordable.

Casual dining

Lobby Bar and Café

It is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail, a quick snack or some pastries, as well as premium coffees. It is daily from 6 a.m. and is located near the reception lobby.
