If you’re a big fan of the sushi, but Nobu isn’t in your budget, head over to the Sushi King at the Stardust. I know, why the Stardust? But seriously, you’ll find a large menu of sushi options at this no frills japanese eatery. Their signature meal is the “King’s Deluxe Dinner,” consisting of sashimi, green vegetable gomaae, almond chicken and shrimp, beef teriyaki and gindara misozuke, served with soup, salad, rice and dessert. I particularly liked the Las Vegas roll with tuna, salmon, hamachi, and a california roll.
Hours: Monday through Thursday Noon - 2:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday Noon to 2:45 p.m. and 5 p.m. to Midnight, Saturday - Noon to midnight, Sunday - Noon to 10:00 p.m.
