Yep, Vegas has a Natural History Museum, and we’re not talking about leftover meatballs from the Italian mobster days. Kids will love the 35-foot-long robotic Tyrannosaures Rex, and all sorts of crazy animals they’ve never heard of. Two particularly rare species of animals at the museum are two water chevrotains, an African cross between a pig and a deer. They also have live animals, lots of “hand-on” areas, and a chance to pet some animals. Mom’s can rest easy, the live sharks that swim in the 3,000-gallon tank are not up for petting.
