Located in historic Lorenzi Park, the Nevada State Museum and Historical Society features temporary and permanent exhibits throughout the year. Currently on display is 24-Hour Show: Making a Living in Las Vegas, a comprehensive exhibit of Las Vegas “work culture” based on interviews with a diverse collection of casino workers. There are also regional history and science-related exhibits open to the public year-round. Don’t miss the bat exhibit, which is only on display until the end of this year.
