mixMandalay Bay Resort and Casino is proud to offer the guests some of the best restaurants on the Strip. They offer one-of-a-kind restaurants, innovative cuisines and many choices: from casual style dining, to fine dining and late night choices.

Signature Restaurants

Mandalay Bay is home to some of the best signature restaurants in Las Vegas, covering various cuisines and offering dishes ranging from seafood to steaks.

Mix – Classic French and American

Mix is located within THEhotel and is open daily from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The average check is $90/person. The restaurant features contemporary and classic French and American dishes. It serves only dinner and the reservations are recommended.

Fleur de Lys – Traditional French

Fleur de Lys is open from Wednesday until Saturday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. It serves only dinner. The average check is $82/person. Traditional French cuisine is at its best here. The restaurant also features a sexy lounge, with DJs spinning every night. And there are also cabanas along the restaurant which are excellent for intimate dining.

Aureole – American

Aureole is located within Mandalay Bay. The dining room and lounge are open every day from 5:30 p.m. It serves only dinner and the reservations are recommended. The average check is $95/person. It features American seasonal dishes, including beef and seafood.

China Grill – Asian

china-grillChina Grill is located within Mandalay Bay. It is open daily from 5 p.m. and serves only dinner. Reservations are suggested. The average check is $45/person. The menu includes 40 dishes, ranging from Tempura Sashimi, Lamb Spareribs and Grilled Szechuan Beef.

Shanghai Lilly – Cantonese & Szechwan

Shanghai Lilly is located within Mandalay Bay and is open from Thursday until Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. It serves only dinner and the reservations are suggested. The average check is $55/person. It offers classical Cantonese Cuisine and Szechwan specialties. The restaurant offers private dining rooms, excellent if you are looking for an intimate dinner.

Red Square – Continental, Russian

Red Square is open daily from 4 p.m. and serves only dinner. Reservations are suggested. It was voted Best Bar in America by Playboy Magazine. The restaurant offers an excellent caviar selection and international dishes such as Roquefort Filet Mignon and Certified Angus Rib Eye. Needless to say, there are many varieties of vodka to choose from.

Trattoria Del Lupo – Italian

Trattoria Del Lupo is open daily from 5 p.m. and the average check is $55/person. It is an Italian restaurant, featuring wood-oven baked pizzas, fresh pastas and fresh savory seafood.

rumjungle – Brazilian, Caribbean, Cuban

rumjungle features a bar, a restaurant and a nightclub. The restaurant is only open on Saturdays and Sundays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. It offers an exotic “a la carte” menu with items such as Tropical Fruit Ceviche and Plantain Chips, Argentinean Style Skirt Steak and Caribbean Curried Jambalaya. The nightclub is open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 p.m. The bar is open daily (either from noon or from 2 p.m. or 3 p.m.)

Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood – Contemporary Seafood

Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood comprises a restaurant (downstairs) and a lounge. The average check for dining is $40/person. The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., while the lounge is open from Tuesday until Sunday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. It is located at the entrance of The Shoppes at Mandalay Place. The lounge features an incredible swank cruise ship setting. Downstairs the atmosphere is casual.

STRIPSTEAK – Steakhouse

STRIPSTEAK is located at Mandalay Bay and is open daily from 5:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. The lounge opens at 4 p.m. daily. The average check is $110/person. It features a menu with classic steakhouse dishes.

Casual restaurants

If you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, Mandalay Bay also offers casual restaurants, featuring a variety of cuisines, such as Italian, Mexican and Chinese.

Giorgio Ristorante – Italian

giorgio-ristoranteGiorgio Ristorante is located at Mandalay Place and is open daily from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. The average check is $31/person. It offers traditional Italian cuisine featuring baked pasta, meat and fish entrees, pizza and Italian gelatos.

Border Grill – Mexican

Border Grill is located at Mandalay Bay and is open daily (either from 11 a.m. or from 11:30 a.m.). The average check is $25/person for lunch and $45/person for dinner. It is an urban cantina spread over two floors of patio. Don’t forget to try their margaritas.

House of Blues – Southern specialties

House of Blues is located at Mandalay Bay and opens daily at 7:30 p.m. It pays tribute to the Southern cuisine and music. You’ll find dishes such as Creole Jambalaya and Fall off the Bone Stewed Chicken in their menu.

Burger Bar

Burger Bar is located at Mandalay Palace and is open daily (either from 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.). It offers a variety of burgers featuring beef, turkey, vegetarian and even vegan dishes.

Red, White and Blue – American

red-white-and-blueRed White and Blue is open daily and features American cuisine. The average check is $22/person. You can find a lot of American comfort foods here, such as steaks & chops, salads, seafood and burgers. They also serve coffee and ice cream.

Verandah – International

Verandah is a sophisticated restaurant which offers casual dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It features international cuisine.

Noodle Shop – Chinese

Noodle Shop is open daily from 11 a.m. and the average check is $23/person. It’s a traditional Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy dishes such as Chicken Chow Mein, Thousand Year Egg and Cantonese Beef Stew with noodles. It is open for lunch and dinner.

the café is located within THEhotel and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The average check is $19/person and offers a wide variety of dishes.

Mizuya – Sushi

Mizuya is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and offers sushi, sashimi and hand rolls. It is open for lunch and dinner.

Quick Eats

There are several places to eat at Mandalay Bay which are open 24/7: Raffles Café – average check $22/person and offers casual dining -, Bayside Buffet, Starbucks and Gary Canter’s Delicatessen – a traditional deli featuring sandwiches, matzo ball soup, hotdogs and many more.

Other restaurants, bars and lounges

The name says it all: within this bar and lounge the temperature is always minus 5 degrees Celsius. The architecture is made of pure 100% Canadian ice. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Make sure to try their vodka-based cocktails.

Fat Tuesday

It is located within The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and is known for its Mardi Gras atmosphere and the world largest selection of refreshing frozen drinks.
