You don’t have to take a tour or hire an outfitter to go river rafting in Black Canyon. The Black Canyon, Willow Beach River Adventures company issues launch permits for $12.00 per person plus a $5.00 National Park service fee. You can launch your raft, canoe, kayak or other paddle craft on the Colorado River year round. Simply contact the company for information on obtaining the permit.
