New Bus Service: The Deuce

deuce.jpgThere’s a new bus service transporting visitors around Vegas in style. The fleet of slick double decker DEUCE buses run a 24-hour loop, stopping at 73 hotels, casinos and attractions. The Regional Transportation Commission hopes the buses help alleviate traffic on the Strip, providing riders a comfortable alternative to move about town. So far so good — The RTC announced that The Deuce carried more than 257,000 passengers along the Las Vegas Strip during its inaugural week.

The DEUCE

Cost: $2 for a one-ride pass; $5 for a 24-hour All Access pass; Monthly passes available for $30, changing to $40 on Dec. 1, 2005. Tickets are available for purchase on the buses, online and at DEUCE ticket vending machines located at select stops on the Strip.
