Las Vegas Weather

The Las Vegas weather is famous.

Temperatures are consistently above 100F during the summer months (June, July and August). It’s a dry heat, and it’s not unheard of to reach 120F during the peak days of summer. If you stay within the confines of the casinos where the air conditioners are set to a ridiculously cold temperature all year long, you have nothing to worry about. However, if you’s like to walk the Strip, go golfing or lay by the pool, you’ll have to be more careful.

It starts to cool off in September and is idyllic by the time October rolls around. Those that know what a snow day is will be thrilled to visit Vegas in the winter. Daytime highs November through March are generally somewhere between 50F-60F.
