Greek Festival…Opa!

greekfest.jpgCan you smell the lamb kebabs? Are you ready to taste the souvlaki, and calamari? Well, raise up that glass of ouzo becuase it’s time to celebrate all things Greek! There will be live music from “Hellenic Sounds” and “Fotia”, and a raffle or 50 prizes including a brand new luxury car. Last year, they gave away a Mercedes!

When: Sept. 22 – 25, 2005
Note: Word on the street is that the pastries are truly mouth watering. Don’t miss the freshly made loukoumathes—deep fried, honey depped fritters with cinnnamon.

If you want to impress the Greek locals, try out their native tongue.
