Keyshia Cole and Robin Thicke at House of Blues

keyshiacole.jpgAt 21, R&B singer Keyshia Cole has a resume most singers work their whole lives for. She was 12 when she recorded with MC Hammer, and since then has worked with the likes of Busta Rhymes, Eve and Mya. On her debut cd, Cole sings of looking for love without sacrificing her independence or settling for less than she deserves, and her current single, “Love,” is garnering major airplay.

Cole will be at the House of Blues on April 18. Opening will be Robin Thicke, the son of actor Alan Thicke (“Growing Pains”), whose soulful stylings have earned him comparisons to Jamiroquai.
