Kid Rock Takes Over Rain @ The Palms

kidrock.jpgTake equal parts southern rock, hard rock, country and rap, throw them in a blender and you’ll have the basis of Kid Rock’s sound. Born in Detroit, he has spent the last decade on the charts with hits like “Bawitdaba,” “Cowboy” and the Top Ten duet with Sheryl Crow, “Picture.” He’s also an unofficial member of Nashville’s Music Mafia, a circle that includes Gretchen Wilson and Hank Williams, Jr.

Never missing an opportunity to party, Kid Rock brings his American rebel stage show to Rain @ the Palms for two nights beginning April 29. Tickets are near sold-out for both shows, so I would suggest not waiting until you get to the club to get yours. I’ve also heard there’s an after-show party at the club on Saturday, but it might be tough getting into that one.
