Vegas Goes Extreme With Sports & Music Fest

extremefest.jpgExtreme Thing sports & music festival is in its tenth year and features some of the world’s top professional and amateur extreme sports athletes showing their hottest tricks to the sounds of two stages of live music.

The sports events can be summed up in three words: bikes, boards and blades. In other words, BMX bikes, skateboards and in-line skating. There will be both demostrations and contests in each sport, so the chances of seeing someone wipe out are pretty good.

If music is your thing, among the bands scheduled to play are Avenged Sevenfold, Hoobastank, Lit, Authority Zero, Pepper, Eighteen Visions, You In Series, I Hate Kate, Over the Line and Building a Better Spaceship.

This is a great all-day event for all ages, so if you like extreme sports and loud rock, clear your schedule and make a day of it on April 29.
