“Hell’s Kitchen” Winner Takes Helm of New Green Valley Ranch Restaurant

It was a little over a month ago that Rock Harper won the third season of the television reality show, “Hell’s Kitchen.” His prize? The position of head chef at the new Italian restaurant that opened this month at the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Casino.

This week, Harper stepped into his new job, leading the kitchen at the newly opened Terra Verde.

“This is the most exciting time of my career,” said Harper. “Winning Hell’s Kitchen was such a great accomplishment for me, but I am even more excited about being the head chef at Terra Verde and taking my career to the next level.”

Harper’s menu offers authentic Italian dishes including homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, fresh fish and an extensive antipasto table. The restaurant also has an extensive collection of 1500 premiere Italian and California wines.

Terra Verde, located at the Green Valley Ranch, is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 – 10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 5 – 11pm. Reservations are recommended by calling 702-617-7075.
