Le Burger Brasserie Opens at Paris Las Vegas

Le Burger Brasserie Opens at Paris Las Vegas Though Vegas has a reputation for gourmet cuisine, sometimes you just hanker for a really good burger. Thanks to Paris Las Vegas, you don’t have to go far if that craving strikes you mid-Strip, due to the opening of their newest restaurant, Le Burger Brasserie.

Set in an upscale sports bar decor, the restaurant is all about the burger, but it isn’t just beef we’re talking about. The menu includes burgers made with chicken, salmon, lamb and even a veggie burger offering for the non-carnivorous. To finish the meal, the restaurant has assembled a lengthy dessert menu, as well.

If money is no object, then the restaurant’s namesake creation, the “Le Burger Brasserie” is for you (pictured right). The burger pairs Kobe beef and Maine lobster with caramelized onions, imported Brie cheese, crispy prosciutto, and a drizzle of 100 year aged Balsamic vinegar. It’s paired with a bottle of Rose Dom Perignon champagne and served to you for the price of $777. Fries are extra.

Le Burger Brasserie seats 200 guests and is open Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
