MGM Grand Restaurants Offer Winter Tasting Menu Deal

It’s no secret that MGM Grand has some stellar restaurants…and it’s also no secret that dining at them can be kind of pricey.  But from now through the end of this month, you can dine at nine of the resort’s best restaurants on a special Winter Tasting Menu promotion.

Under this promotion, you can enjoy a three-course menu with pricing starting at only $29. No, that’s not a typo.

Here’s a listing of the menus and pricing, if you’re feeling a bit hungry:

First Course: grilled quail with vincotto; mixed baby lettuces; roasted red pepper; or baby beet salad
Main Course: roasted prime flat iron steak; certified angus beef skirt steak; or diver sea scallops
Side Dishes: yukon gold potato purée; sautéed shiitake mushrooms; or brussels sprouts with smoked bacon
Dessert: Chef’s selection
All courses served family-style
Price per person: $60; wine pairing (1 glass per course) $30 additional

Starter: choice of tortilla soup; Caesar salad; or beef taquitos
Entrees: choice of roasted chicken with Oaxacan red mole; Yucatecan-style braised pork marinated in achiote; or orange or tacos al Carbon (choice of chicken breast, skirt steak or shrimp)
Desserts: choice of Mexican custard tart with carmelized bananas and vanilla ice cream or Mexican carmel flan with crispy crepes

Fiamma Trattoria
Antipasti: choice of baby lettuce with gorgonzola, pistachio, pears and white balsamic vinegar; braised obe beef risotto cake; calamari; or carpaccio
La Pasta: choice of short rib ravioli in a wine glaze; prawn linguini with smoked bacon, tomato, basil in roasted garlic butter; or spaghetti with Kobe meatballs

Appetizers: Les Légumes (Mediterranean vegetables layered with buffalo mozzarella); La Langoustine (crispy langoustine fritter with basil pesto)
Entree: choice of La Morue (fresh cod filet in a pepper and tomato broth) or L’Onglet (French-style hanger steak with fried shallots)
Dessert: choice of Les Fromages de France (selection of imported cheese), Les Tartes (traditional tarts) or Glaces et Sorbet (selection of sorbet and ice cream)

Nob Hill
Appetizers: choice of bigeye tuna nicoise; heirloom beet salad; carmelized sunchoke soup; or bacon-wrapped scallop fritter
Main Course: choice of prime short rib; snonoma chicken tetrazzini; north beach cioppino with clams, mussels and dungeness crab; or Tasmanian ocean trout
Dessert: choice of coconut candy bar sundae; apple cobbler; citrus tasting feat. orange souffle, lemon-curd ice cream and Grand Marnier gelee; or trio of artisan cheese

Soup: choice of Szechuan hot and sour soup or sweet corn soup
Entree: surf and turf (wok-fried lobster tail and black pepper tenderloin of beef); General Tso’s chicken; or garden vegetable fried rice

Sea Blue
First Course: choice of Yellowtail Jack Crudo; tomato pepper soup with dungeness crab; or create-your-own market salad
Main Course: choice of Seablue paella; Colorado lamb loin skewer; Arctic char; or ribeye steak
