Red 8 – Wynn, I’m Hungry

I’m eager to try the upscale Asian restaurant, Red 8, at Wynn Las Vegas. Led by Chef Hisham Johari, Red 8 claims to be serving a wide variety of Southeast Asian dishes from Cantonese noodles to Hong Kong-style dim sum and barbecue.

Meanwhile, Daniel Negreanu is raving about Wing Lei, which he tried at the Wynn opening.
