Fine Dining

Circo – Tuscan

Circo serves upscale Tuscan food along with over 900 wines imported from all over the world. The dress code is business casual. The restaurant is located on the lakeside and is open for dinner only, daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended.

Jasmine – Traditional Hong Kong Cantonese

Jasmine offers Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine served with a contemporary interpretation. The dishes are accompanied by American and French wines. The dress code is business casual and the restaurant is open for dinner only, daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It also serves brunch on Sundays. Reservations are recommended.

Le Cirque – French

Le Cirque serves French cuisine with contemporary influences, accompanied by over 900 wines from all over the world, include French classics. The dress code is business casual and reservations are strongly recommended. The restaurant is open for dinner only, from Tuesday to Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to10:00 p.m. (closed on Monday). The appetizer, main course and dessert menu costs $98 per person.

Michael Mina – contemporary

Michael Mina serves contemporary cuisine with emphasis on seafood dishes, accompanied by American and European wines (small producers). The dress code is business casual and reservations are recommended. The restaurant is open on Sunday to Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (closed Wednesday). The pre-theatre menu costs $55 per person.

Picasso – French and Spanish

Picasso offers French and Spanish cuisine, accompanied by wines from the finest vineyards worldwide. The dress code is business casual and reservations are strongly recommended. The restaurant is open from Wednesday from Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (closed Tuesdays)

Prime Steakhouse – Classic steakhouse

Prime Steakhouse features Classic steakhouse cuisine, based on meats, seafood and lamb, accompanied by big red wines from California. The dress code is business casual and reservations are recommended. The restaurant serves dinner daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Contemporary Dining

Yellowtail offers contemporary and imaginative twists on the Japanese cuisine. The menu features fresh dishes such as sushi, sashimi, tempura, and hand rolls made from the best ingredients. The restaurant is located by North Valet right off of Via Bellagio shops. The dress code is business casual and reservations are recommended. It is open daily, for dinner from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. (Friday to Sunday).

Sensi – Asian, Italian, American Grill

Sensi combines the Asian, Italian, American Grill cuisines, with excellent seafood to deliver an innovative concept. Along with the dishes you can enjoy wines of New Zealand and Australia, as well as from other parts of the world. The dress code is business casual and reservations are recommended. The restaurant is open for dinner, daily from 5 p.m. until 9:45 p.m. (or 10:15 p.m.), while the bar opens earlier for cocktails and bar menu.

Olives – Modern Mediterranean

Olives offer interesting modern Mediterranean cuisine, along with excellent wines from all over the world. The dress code is casual and reservations are suggested. It is open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., respectively. The bar is open from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Fix – American

Fix offers simply prepared American cuisine based on fish, meat and poultry. It is located on North Valet right off of Via Bellagio shops. The dress code is casual. The restaurant serves dinner from 5 p.m. every day. The lounge is open until late at night.

Noodles – noodle dishes from Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam

Noodles serves traditional noodle dishes from Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam. It is located near the Baccarat Bar. The dress code is casual and reservations are not required. It serves lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. until late at night. Dim Sum can be enjoyed from Friday until Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Casual Dining

The Buffet is located next to the “O” Theatre and serves American and International Cuisine. The dress code is casual and reservations are not required. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, daily from 7 a.m.

Café Bellagio is located next to the Conservatory and serves American Café classics. The dress code is casual and reservations are not required. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

Pool Café – Light American

Pool Café is located inside the pool area and serves light American cuisine. The dress code is casual and reservations are not required. Breakfast is served from 9 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m.

Quick Eats

The most casual places to grab a quick bite at Bellagio are: Café Gelato, Palio, Palio Pronto and Snacks at the Race & Sports Book. Head to the Palio for your quick coffee fix (daily from 6 a.m.). Café Gelato and Palio Pronto are excellent choices if you want some Italian ice cream or pastries.
