The Venetian is home to some of the best dining on the Strip, featuring restaurants, bistros and cafes to suite any taste. All casual dining places are affordable, while the fine dining ones are more expensive. Most restaurants serve dinner and lunch while only some casual ones serve breakfast.

Fine Dining

Aqua Knox – seafood

This is one of the most expensive choices, serving seafood based menu for dinner only. It opens each night at 5:30 p.m.

Valentino – Italian

Valentino is another expensive choice; the restaurant features Italian cuisine and serves both lunch and dinner. Forbes named it “America’s No.1 Restaurant”, while Las Vegas Life considers it the “Best Italian Restaurant”. The menu includes home made pastas, mouth-watering desserts and incredible wines.

B&B Ristorante – Italian

B & B Ristorante is a lovely moderately priced restaurant featuring authentic Italian cuisine. It is only open for dinner (from 5 p.m.)

Bouchon – French

Bouchon is a French bistro serving breakfast and dinner. It is moderately priced and in 2005 it received 4 wards (Best French Restaurant, Best Strip Restaurant, Best New Restaurant and Best Restaurant Overall) from the Las Vegas Life 2005 Epicurean Awards.

Canaletto – Italian

Canaletto serves both lunch and dinner. It features Italian cuisine, at reasonable prices. It opens daily at 11:30 a.m. The private rooms located upstairs offer stunning views of the Grand Canal.

David Burke – American

David Burke features innovative American cuisine. The restaurant serves only dinner and is moderately priced. It opens at 5 p.m., but the bar & lounge open earlier (at 3 p.m.)

Delmonico Steakhouse – Steakhouse

Delmonico Steakhouse features New Orleans-style cuisine and serves lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate. The restaurant was awarded “Best Steakhouse” in 2000 by Las Vegas Life.

Pinot Brasserie – French

Pinot Brasserie is a French steakhouse, with a real Parisian brasserie feel. It serves both lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate and the restaurant is under the care of the celebrity chef Joachim Splichal.

Postrio Bar & Grill – contemporary American

Postrio Bar & Grill offers contemporary American cuisine. It serves lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate and the place opens daily at 11:30 a.m. If you are looking for a mouth-watering dessert, this is the place to come. The restaurant has been awarded Best Dessert by Las Vegas Life magazine (in 2000 and 2003).

Tao – Asian

Tao is an Asian bistro, which serves Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine. It serves only dinner and the prices are moderate. The restaurant opens daily at 5 p.m. It also features Las Vegas’ hippest nightclub and a cool lounge.

Zeffirino – Italian seafood

Zeffirino serves traditional Italian seafood meals for lunch and dinner. It is moderately priced. In 2000, the Las Vegas Review Journal named it the “Best Italian Restaurant”.

Casual Dining

Canyon Ranch Café – healthy spa cuisine

Canyon Ranch Café is located within the Canyon Ranch SpaClub and is the perfect choice for those who spent some time enjoying the spa or working out within the club. The prices are affordable and the dishes are innovative and healthy. Both the Café and Grill serve breakfast and dinner.

Enoteca San Marco serves Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, at affordable prices.

Grand Lux Café – global

Grand Lux Café features everything you can imagine in a relaxed atmosphere. Along with different kinds of pizza, salads or sandwiches, the desserts are to die for. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The prices are affordable and the café is open 24 hours a day.

Taqueria Canonita – Mexican

Taqueria Canonita offers Mexican cuisine for lunch and dinner. It is set beside the Grand Canal, offering stunning views of the passing gondolas. It opens daily at 11 a.m. and the prices are affordable.

Noodle Asia – Asian

Noodle Asia is a great choice for those who love noodles, dim sum or a looking for a vegetarian dish. It serves lunch and dinner. It is an excellent choice if you are looking for a place to have a quick meal. It is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Riva Poolside – American

Riva Poolside is set among the pools and features American cuisine. It is open for breakfast and lunch. The prices are affordable and the choices are numerous, whether you are looking for something light (fruit smoothie) or a classic morning item (Buttermilk Pankcakes).

The Grill at Valentino – Italian

The Grill at Valentino features Italian cuisine which comes with 40 incredible wines. It is a good choice if you want to experience the Valentino restaurant’s feel but don’t plan to spend too much on lunch or dinner.

Tintoretto Bakery – Italian bakery

Tintoretto Bakery is an intimate café, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure to try the espresso or cappuccino along with their great biscotti.

Trattoria Reggiano – Italian

Trattoria Reggiano is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes and serves Italian cuisine. The pizza and the Italian entrees are to die for.
