Sushi Roku Offers Special 7/7/07 Drink
Sushi Roku, the award-winning Japanese restaurant at The Forum Shops at Caesars, has created a special drink in honor of the upcoming lucky day, 7/7/07.
The signature drink is called the Shichi cocktail, after the seven Japanese gods of good fortune. It’s a citrus flavored beverage made with Hangar One Kaffir Lime vodka, Midori, triple sec, lemon sour, and the juice from 1/2 of a fresh-squeezed lime.
It is then mixed in a shaker and poured into a martini glass, then garnished with a 24K gold leaf-wrapped lime. You read that right…a lime wrapped in 24K gold leaf.
The Shichi cocktail will only be available on Saturday, July 7, 2007 from noon to midnight. It’ll set you back $12, but I’m thinking one should be just right with the restaurant’s gourmet cuisine.
Sushi Roku is open daily for lunch and dinner and can be found on the third level of The Forum Shops. For reservations, call 702.733.7373, or visit www.sushiroku.com.
