Flamingo Wildlife Habitat

The Flamingo, which is well known for once belonging to mobster Bugsy Siegel, was actually named after his mistress, not the pink-feathered birds. Nonetheless, today there is a flock of Chilean flamingos living comfortably in this famed hotel, and visitors are welcome to check out these birds as well as many other feathered critters (including swans and ducks), turtles and koi that share the wildlife habitat.

Like Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage or the shark reef at Mandalay Bay, the habitat at the Flamingo provides families a way to enjoy wildlife not native to Las Vegas in a safe environment. Trained experts care for the animals. Ask about feeding times when you visit.
