Nevada State Museum and Historical Society

NSMHSinPark.jpg Located in historic Lorenzi Park, the Nevada State Museum and Historical Society features temporary and permanent exhibits throughout the year. Currently on display is 24-Hour Show: Making a Living in Las Vegas, a comprehensive exhibit of Las Vegas “work culture” based on interviews with a diverse collection of casino workers. There are also regional history and science-related exhibits open to the public year-round. Don’t miss the bat exhibit, which is only on display until the end of this year.

Time: Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cost: Adults $4.00, Seniors $3.00, Museum Members and Children 17 and under FREE
