Avril Lavigne at The Joint

Avril Lavigne – Since posing her way out of small town Canada five years ago to the top of the charts with the hit “Complicated”, Avril Lavigne’s life has gotten more, and more complicated. Recently engaged to Sum 41 singer (and former Paris Hilton boyfriend) Deryck Whibley, Avril’s latest album “Under my Skin” is slated for release August 2nd, and Lavinge is gearing up for a world tour to support the album. The Las Vegas stop is early in the tour, as Avril brings her guitars, and her attitude to the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Saturday, August 13th. Former Floyd’s Funk Revival singer (and Lavigne Producer) Butch Walker opens the show.
