Tao Las Vegas

Hotel Chatter announced opening night of Tao Las Vegas today. Well, it’s not quite the real opening. Tonight is an event for special guests. The opening for the public is Friday, September 30. The restaurant/nightclub which boasts a 10,000 square foot nightclub and private skyboxes, is connected with Jack Lafleur’s promotional efforts to start up “Worship Thursdays” in Las Vegas. Lafleur, who is known for his Fusion Thursdays at Tabú, was recently written up in the Las Vegas Weekly. I’m not sure what a local industry gathering is, but Tao definitely sounds like the place to be and I can’t wait to see the outdoor terrace. I hope the views of the Strip are worthwhile, because the casino at the Venetian sure isn’t.

Hours:10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m (Thurs – Sat)
Cost: Expect $20 cover for the night club
