Tattoo Artist Mario Barth Opens New Studio at Mirage

Mario Barth’s new King Ink studio had its celebrity-filled grand opening this last weekend at The Mirage and is now open for business.

kingink-loungeBarth has teamed up with the Light Group to open the new tattoo studio and ultra-lounge. Yup, that’s right…you can get your groove on whilst getting inked.

The lounge portion of the venue consists of both indoor and outdoor seating. The baroque-inspired decor includes marble flooring, lavish fabrics and extravagant chandeliers.

For the first time in Las Vegas, tattoo enthusiasts will be given the chance to book an appointment with world-renowned tattoo artist and CEO Mario Barth himself, skipping the typical two-year wait list. Though be ready to shell out some cash, because I’m sure an appointment with the head honcho won’t come cheap.

In addition to King Ink, Barth also owns Starlight Tattoo at Mandalay Bay and is the force behind The Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth, which will have its annual event October 1-3, 2010 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

Hours for the King Ink tattoo studio are daily 11am to 2am and the lounge is open daily 11am to 4am. For more information or to book an appointment online, visit the King Ink website.
