Ventriloquist Ronn Lucas Moves to the Luxor

Ventriloquist Ronn Lucas Moves to the Luxor Las VegasRonn Lucas is rated as one of the world’s best ventriloquists, and he’s made appearances on many popular TV shows from the 80s (such as “L.A. Law”) to now (a recent appearance on “Nip/Tuck” was hilarious). But for several months, he’s been M.I.A. from the Vegas entertainment scene.

Starting in 2001, Lucas performed regularly at The Rio, then earlier this year, moved his show over to the multi-million dollar Steve Wyrick Entertainment Complex at the then Desert Passage at the Aladdin/Planet Hollywood. But that didn’t last and for the last few months, Lucas has not performed in Vegas.

This week, however, Lucas and his family-friendly show take up residence at the Luxor’s Atrium Showroom. Joining him will be his loveable sidekicks Buffalo Billy, Chuck and green teen dragon Scorch, in a performance that mixes stand-up comedy, improv, puppetry and amazing ventriloquist skills.

“The Ronn Lucas Show” will take place Saturday through Wednesday at 3pm with and an additional 1pm show on Saturdays and Mondays. General admission is $29.95 (plus tax) and VIP admission, which includes preferred seating and a choice of DVD or T-Shirt, is slightly more at $39.95. Tickets are available at the Luxor box office or by calling 800.557.7428.
