Major Las Vegas Conventions and Events for 2008

Consumer Electronics Show

Thousands of people flock to Sin City on a weekly basis for both work and play. While many arrive to try their luck in the casinos, others arrive to attend conventions or large entertainment events. And though it’s a great opportunity to meet so many like-minded people, the sheer number of people who attend these events (sometimes more than 100,000!) often results in sold-out hotels and higher than normal room rates.

If you’re in the planning stages of your 2008 trip, here’s a list of events and conventions that will bring in 60,000 or more attendees.
