Things to Do at Ravella Las Vegas
Ravella Las Vegas is far from the Strip, so the resort does not have all the bells and whistles that other Las Vegas resorts have. It’s a fairly standard hotel by most cities’ criteria, and it offers a small selection of things for guests and visitors to do if they stay there.
The Spa at Ravella
One of the resort’s premier features is its spa. Strangely enough, The Spa at Ravella is actually located in a separate building, which might be a bit awkward for those walking to and from the hotel in a robe. Nonetheless, the 30,000-square-foot spa, which encompasses 24 treatment rooms, a salon and a fitness facility, offers a comprehensive selection of services including abbreviated treatments for children and pets (under 25 pounds).
Several of the spa’s treatment rooms open up to meditation spaces, and guests are invited to relax near a large waterfall pool. An aroma artist located in the spa area can mix customized scents depending on visitors’ moods and needs.
The fitness center is open 6:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., and the spa is open 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Services at The Spa at Ravella are open to both guests of the hotel and the general public.
Swimming Pool and Water Sports
Ravella has a heated pool open year-round with cabanas available to guests for rent.
If you prefer to take advantage of the lakeside location, make the most of your stay when you borrow water sports equipment from the resort. Paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and cycling are all popular activities in the area, and hikers will find plenty of places to wander around Lake Las Vegas. Lake Mead is also within a short drive from Ravella, so guests at the resort may want to explore beyond the Lake Las Vegas boundary for swimming and water sports as well.
The Village Lake Las Vegas Activities
Ravella is located near The Village Lake Las Vegas, which, admittedly, is fairly sleepy. The Village has a handful of restaurants and boutique shops, which guests may find of interest. In addition, there are often community events such as chili cook-offs, beer festivals, wine walks and lakeside concerts, which Ravella guests are invited to enjoy.
