Just buy your marriage license ($60 payable by cash, cashier’s check or money order, or $65 payable by credit card), and have someone perform the ceremony within the year.

Divorcees getting married must make sure that their divorces are final and know the date of the final decree as well as city and state where it was granted.

This means higher prices for flights and hotels as well as long lines at the chapel. Book a year in advance if you insist.
