Lotus of Siam

Everyone says this Thai restaurant is one of the best in the country, and while that claim may be hard to verify, Lotus of Siam is certainly some of the best ethnic food you will find in Sin City. Chef Saipin Chutima has won just about every local accolade imaginable, and the restaurant also boasts glowing write-ups in Gourmet and other national food mags.

The food is simply astonishing, and, for the uninitiated, it can be astonishingly spicy, so start out on the short end of the 1-10 spice-o-meter. A must-have for dessert is the sticky rice with mango.

Located at 953 East Sahara Avenue in the Commercial Center Mall, you’ll need a rental car or cab to reach Lotus of Siam. Reservations are strongly recommend on the weekend.
